A very helpful Karen served us was extremely pleasant, Knowledgeable , it was our first time in this shop, however will certainly be going back.

We are absolutely over the moon with the work of insulating our conservatory roof, and our replacement kitchen window. It has transformed our conservatory now into a room.
The lads that came and did the job, excellent workmanship and teamwork.

The assistant at scs Stafford, named Amanda, was brilliant. Extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Made us feel welcome and at ease. Also the other assistant named Angela ( who I knew from school) also took time to speak with us as she had been very helpful when we purchased from scs before. Even the manager Tony took time to speak with us. We now await our delivery of our super new 3 piece suit.

Have no problem with Hermes information sent and updates received and expected time of delivery.

Pleased with the service however I had to return the trousers that I ordered as they were way to small even though I had ordered the correct size.
