Dumped behind bin and got stolen. Clear instructions given via doorbell to take to number 4 or 33 Previously parcels been left in bin, one had a lid, the other doesn’t. Guess which it was left in ?!

Colour of Mirror is different to the colour shown on the website. Fortunately I can still work with what was delivered in the room I’d planned it for. Delivery is estimated to be 3-4 weeks. Delivery was almost 6 weeks but when I called customer services they were very helpful and did deliver on the date I was given at that point.
2 stars for the packaging and shipping Otherwise I wouldn’t bother again. Food was a funny colour and the portions were tiny. Not convinced by the weights. Managed to use the chicken and sausages although the chicken was slimy once defrosted and wasn’t overly tasty but it was fine for curries etc. I was meant to get a hamper for a penny with my order which was worth £40+ but it didn’t materialise on delivery, not a good first order unfortunately

Often times our offers that include extra hampers for a penny will arrive all in one box rather than sending our multiple boxes.
Furthermore I'm sorry for the quality issues with your products - This is not up to our standard at all.
I can advise that our suppliers have strict control checks in place to ensure that products are of the utmost quality, so I can assure you that this is very unusual. We do keep a record of issues like this to ensure an investigation is undertaken and measures are put in place to eliminate this from happening again in the future.

Recently chose to leave Sky & go with BRSK. Called to sign up. Easy. 1 week later it was installed. Free of charge no install fee. They turned up when they said they would and activated the same day. So far so good. Internet connection has been faultless to date which is a novelty !

Really easy to use the website to purchase our flooring, this is our 3rd purchase. Easy to book delivery, delivered on time and within the time 3 hours frame stated and they called when 10 mins away so we could be ready. Cannot fault this company
Friendly experience provided by Will. Easy to order, good range to choose from and I like the fact you can mix and match to suit requirements Only downside was the rush at the end because the store got busy, I appreciate time is money but it felt almost like the moment we had signed for the sale we were less important than the people walking through the door….. just a niggle but still there all the same. Perfect otherwise.
I have to say I was dubious about ordering initially however, my concern diminished immediately upon placing our order. We are called to arrange delivery of our new fridge freezer well within the time scale advised. They went out of their way to deliver to us on the chosen day despite being out of area on that date. We were given a 2 hour time slot and the driver called an hour earlier than expected saying he was on his way to us and would arrive within 25 minutes giving us plenty of time to get ready for his arrival. We ordered the fridge freezer on the Friday evening, and had possession of the new fridge freezer by Sunday lunchtime. You really cannot beat that on delivery turnaround anywhere anymore. We will be back - thank you :)
Called for assistance this evening. Was told 3 hours at the beginning, regular updates via text and the link was sent to track the patrol vehicle. Simon was really helpful and we were sorted and on the way home within half an hour. Thank you once again. Definitely worth the membership. You just never know when you’ll need them.

Absolutely amazing cocktails! Fresh and packed with flavour. High quality drinks and the friendly & efficient service was brilliant. How refreshing. They delivered 30 cocktails for me on time and where I needed them for a hen party, we had lots of variety and we loved the cute lollies and umbrellas, even the little pieces of fruit were great - the attention to detail is spot on. They even come with eco friendly straws too. All you need is ice and you’re good to go. Definitely recommend. We will be back for more.

Delivered when they said they would - but it was left INSIDE my wheelie bin …. Not ok…. And certainly not my chosen safe place. It nearly went to landfill as no card was put through the door to say where it was.
Delivered when they said they would within the time slot but they only told me the time slot at the exact moment they delivered my goods - fortunately I was late leaving the house so I was home, otherwise I wouldn’t have had time to adapt my delivery preferences
