Store is great, staff are great.
Reserved and order to be collected at this store (address was for vanguard in the confirmation email). Arrived at this store to collect my order, but was told it's actually ready at the Express store in York city centre (not the address in the email), which isn't convenient for me to collect from. Thankfully the items were available in the Vanguard store and I was able to purchase them on the day, and advised by the staff to get in touch and the reservation can be cancelled/refunded. Raised a ticket via their website on the same evening and I've yet to hear back. Very disappointing.

2 Seperate orders sent in total now, one was damaged in transit. They miss-read my email and then closed the case. Another item they lost and I was lucky enough to be progressed to 'submit evidance'. After submitting initial evidence I was then asked to send a proof of refund to my customer, but the box was greyed out. Then they closed the ticked. A+ service.
This absoloute battle is why I've since sent >300 pracels via other courier services which aren't perfect either. But at least you'll actually be able to get reimbursed if an item is lost/damaged.

Selling - Smooth process all the way. Fair reserve price and was more than happy to get over £3000 more than reserve. Would use Car Wow again to sell.

I also used Car Wow to purchase a car back in 2017 - again the process was very smooth, got a fully loaded car with just about every optional extra and the biggest engine possible for a little over the price of a base spec version of the same model.

I never had an issue with delivered keys, I bought 9 games so far and I never had a problem. All but 1 key was delivered instantly and the one delayed wasn't even an hour.

Been using Simply Cook now for about 8 or so months - have probably had 12 or so boxes in this time. Plenty of variety and the option to delay the next box by 1, 2 or 4 weeks is very useful. It's probably a little more expensive than cooking everything from complete scratch, but if you're anything like me, having the spices and recipe cards forces you to have some variety in your meals. Otherwise, I think I'd probably eat the same 5 meals.

It would be nice to be able to see past order dates in the app, but this is my only (minor) gripe so far.

Halford's motoring club is a terrible product that can't be canceled for 12 months from the start of the product being taken out. My experience with this product has thoroughly put me off the Halfords brand, of which I was previously a very loyal customer.

Much better range to be found in the larger B&M stores including imports from Australia & the USA.

Arrived fast, good price online.

Nothing to fault with this delivery.

It's been 7 weeks, and I've been told that my mattress has been lost and the staff are struggling to locate it, despite the fact the product is in stock on their website. Very poor service, and a simple lack of customer care. DO NOT USE.

So far no issues with the order/ordering process, and a 60% discount on a brand new mattress was more than welcome.
