I was delighted with my hat. It looks great and I especially like the size adjuster. I have a small head, and it’s difficult to find adult hats that fit.

My order was delayed due to warehouse issues, and I was advised that there would be “a little something extra” included in the package, by way of a thank you for my patience. When my package arrived, there was no extra item as promised. I called Faith in Nature to advise of this oversight, and was given an apology and told something would be sent out to me straight away. That was about 3 weeks ago, and nothing has arrived.
The products themselves are fine, but the customer service is shoddy. Disappointing that I had to wait ages for the original order, and then to be promised something which still hasn’t materialised.

Don’t phone these people as they will rip you off. Although their website claims that calls to them are free, they charged me £13.47 for a call recently.
I spoke to my provider, who confirmed that I had been charged £1.02 by them for the call and that their records show First4Magnets had charged £13.47

My parcel was booked for next day delivery (to arrive on 18th July) as I needed it urgently.
Yodel’s tracking information advised it would arrive on 20th July. I contacted the sender, who had to intervene, and the package arrived on 19th July.

My purchase and delivery were hassle free, and I’m delighted with the Meaco fan.
Shopping on this website was easy to do, and the prices very competitive.

On time and no damage to package (unlike another courier company which destroys the packaging and sometimes loses the contents!)

Disgusted. Package had been ripped open and then badly taped together with parcel tape. All items inside had damaged boxes, and one had been unsealed and opened. The paperwork originally enclosed in package was missing, making it difficult to return the items.
This was not the fault of my local Hermes delivery person as he had received the package in that condition.
