I've never had such a good response from a company over a delivery. They responded straight away and sorted the situation out immediately. I've not even talked about the product yet ! It's absolutely lovely thanks to my son putting me on to Mr Jury and experience the service and product. Will not be going any were else THANK YOU ! 100% RECOMMENDED from a new fan!

I placed my order on the Wednesday. I then had to pick my Mother up for hospital on the Thursday .Only to be confronted with my Mums Christmas card on the shelf.
