I bought more than expected as I noticed you could use Klarna. When I got to the check out I asked the member of staff if I could pay with Klarna, she said yes but then put in the whole amount and wasn’t sure how to do it, she reluctantly called for a supervisor who claimed they had issues with getting internet in the store so better to go outside. Despite trying this, it wouldn’t download due to the lack of connection. The member of staff offered no further assistance so I just had to pay in full. I asked her to pass this issue up to management as if a service is offered and the internet signal in the area is not good enough to use the Klarna app then maybe the store should have Wifi. She just replied “it’s not our fault the internets not very good” Her attitude throughout reminded me of asking my teenagers to tidy their bedroom!! This was on the Saturday visit when I bought a tent and windbreak. I returned the next day to buy some maps and although no issues to solve at least this other member of staff was polite and happy!
