Purchased several things using the click and collect option from Go Outdoors previously , always pleased with experience. However this time left us wondering .
Online checkout wouldn't accept my Member Card number and eventually had to connect with customer services to get them to sort it out successfully .
Confirmation email stated when the goods had arrived in store an email would be sent for us to collect .
This still hasn't arrived , we went instore three days ago to see if they had been delivered and they were and waiting for us to collect .
What disgruntled us about this was , the parcel had been opened , we questioned this and staff member informed us "The manager had opened it . "
Unbelievable behaviour , all he had to do was look at our order number on the website and find out it was two pairs of walking socks ,( which they sold in store but had not got the size we required in stock ! Hence us ordering on line . )
Initially we accepted this , but on getting home kept questioning WHY he felt he had to see what was inside .
