Great product knowledge and customer service
I have twice been to the same store in Reading, the first for walking boots and two weeks later a pair of waterproof trousers and walking socks. Becky served me on both occasions. Being new to this hiking business, Becky was extremely knowledgable about the products, was always happy to help and just a general pleasure. Great customer service. Thank you.
