Bad service, ripped off
I ordered 2 different design Star Wars Christmas jumpers. At first I was receiving regular updates: usually explaining that some items would be delayed. I only received ONE jumper. I emailed (to which I had a standard "your email has been received ..." response; but no customer service contact was forthcoming (although promised). I still have a jumper missing (its now Jan 16th 2016) and my order was made in Sep 2015! Rip off!!
