E.ON estimate my usage as about 2000 units more that I use. I don't understand how they get their estimate they have the same information as I have.
As a result they put my direct debit payments up by 40%. When I changed my tariff I did discuss my direct debit payment and said that In wanted them to remain the same.
An email to E.ON quickly sorted the matter out and my direct debit payments are back where they were. I am expecting to lower them soon as I am on a cheaper tariff.

In May 2021 I bought a Monty DAB radio with a three year guarantee.
I used it every day and thought it was great. About three weeks ago I could not switch it on.
I contacted Customer Services at IiGo, they responded very quickly. Told me how to return my radio. It was returned in full working order within a couple of weeks. They did say that there was nothing wrong with it.
