Excellent customer service. I was served by Suzannah in the Fleet store. They didn't have the item i wanted, so i was offered a delivery to the store, as i needed it quickly I said i would go the the store in Farnborough. Suzannah volunteered to phone the store and check with the store to save me a wasted yourney. It's very rare that stores go the extra mile. Excellent 👌

Terrible service. Sent wrong DVD. Took 4 days to reply to my message. Loads of hassle getting the replacement. Sooner have needles in my eyes than use CEX again.

I'm sorry that you received an incorrect DVD, I understand how upsetting this would have been for you.
Unfortunately due to the number of emails that we have been receiving, we could not get back to you sooner. However this is not an excuse and we should have got back to you in an acceptable time frame.
Be assured I shall look into this matter with the store's management, making sure this does not occur in future.
