Still waiting for my item. tracking number but no response when the company is contacted.

The website leads you to believe the company is british and based in the UK but they ship all their products from china. I needed my item for a job but they just never arrived.

I ordered a garden lounger and the picture was green so I presumed that is what I was getting.

When it arrived the lounger was white so I contacted Wayfair on their chat to let them know I would like to return it and get a green one. The first half of the chat was them offering me partial refunds to keep it. I had to explain several times I did not want the white one and just wanted an exchange.

Eventually I was told a replacement would be sent out. When I received the email confirmation, the replacement was also white.

I went back to chat, only to be told it was my fault as I had ordered the white one. When I checked the website. Although a white lounger was listed the photo for both the green & white longer was green (photo on my profile as could not add it in the review)

I tried to explain this on chat, then on email, this is why I mistakenly ordered the white as I had only looked at the picture (if the white lounger had a matching picture I would not have made the mistake.

It ended with them saying I can return the white lounger at my own cost (I cannot afford this) then order the green one.

Terrible, terrible customer service, it felt they could not be bothered to try and resolve this. They could have sent me a green one and taken back the white one (box was opened but item still wrapped in original plastic, untouched)

I am now stuck with a lounger I hate. I will not order from this company again 😤

Easy to navigate. When a task didn't show as pending, you can create a ticket, send evidence of meeting the criteria and it is quickly resolved.

As soon as all my tasks were completed and confirmed I got paid out within 3 day.
