Review over DPD UK
Terrible service, parcel left on front step in the pouring rain, on full view, says I signed for it but was at work, it was not meant to be delivered until Monday, Monday booked off work.

Customer service only got back to me after issue was resolved, issue was only resolved at last minute, tickets were only generated 24 hours before event, poor customer service poor communication, very frustrating, especially when a long journey and hotel stays were involved.
