My box arrived torn with items missing and o one has responded to my emails ,and it's near impossible trying to get hep
I have sent 3 emails with a photo of the box show how easily these things would have fallen out
There was the No7 night serum and face wipes.
What is vexing me more is the fact even writing to customer care twice all I get to one reply is to return to the shop but that page dose not allow me to explain the real situation.
I am sorry but I'm frustrated I have used no 7 since the very first date and now is the first time without it and dose not feel nice.
Is there any higher than Bootscare.
Please may I request an real person to actually help me.I need my no 7

Im Told to go to the webpage and there is inadequate questions to answer ,I have 2 missing items but only allowed to add one,when I email customer care I'm instructed to go back
to the website.
This is stressing my mental health issue so.much.
