Excellent service from Sam yesterday.. guided my wife through various options, styles, fittings etc. for anew outdoor coat. Sam was professional, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Although we did end up with a top range coat there was absolutely no pressure or 'sales push' whatsoever.. it was always about listening and responding to questions we had as different items were tried. We need to replace our walking boots and will definitely go back to this store.

Extremely happy with the fit, the quality and the delivery. All very good... but what was exceptional was their follow up. After delivery I received an email just to check that everything was OK and that I was satisfied with their service. How thoughtful and polite is that! If only every company behaved that way.

The text messaging system, the quite narrow delivery time slot... (which they've always managed to deliver within) is very useful, and the online tracking is the best of several delivery systems we've experienced.

Nice and simple. includes 2 factor card authentication.

Excellent service .. proactive in their approach but always considerate, never pushy. Obviously have developed good partner relationships. Excellent advice and support in answering all our questions and concerns. Would heartily recommend them.
