Not impressed on this occasion
I ordered a sleeping bag online, when it arrived it had a tear on the outside stuff bag and all the branding on the cover telling you the details of the sleeping bag was totally faded. I didn’t even bother taking the sleeping bag out. I emailed customer services x 2 but still haven’t received a response. Needless to say the sleeping bag will be returns and I am unlikely to order another one unless I can be reassured it won’t happen again.
