Amazing TrEco range

I'm always a bit sceptical to order from an online shop, but the reviews definitely help me make up my mind.

I ordered the TrEco hoodie from Terreign and it's amazing. Before ordering, I emailed customer support because I wasn’t sure about sizing, and they got back to me really quickly. They were really helpful and told me exactly what size I would need and it fits great.

The hoodie is thick but that fleece lining is so soft and mega warm. Because of the promotion at the moment, I also got the TrEco beanie for free and that's great too. Very warm. Both have really subtle branding on them so fit really well for any occasion you could get away with.

Their stuff is great quality and they provide great customer service. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again soon. I've even got a friend to order a lot as well

It's pretty good but does have a couple of downsides

It's great because the mechanics are all mobile and ClickMechanic themselves set the price for the job which saves you the hassle of asking around and allows you to just read the reviews, dates and times that suits you best. I did have a mechanic accept my job and then cancel on me which meant that I had to find a new mechanic and that my original payment amount was held for up to 5 working days and that I would also have the same amount for the new mechanic also held until the job completed. My job was around £500 and that's a lot of money so not great if it had been held for 5 days. The most annoying part was that the mechanic had cancelled the appointment before the money was due to be held so I'm not sure why that happened anyway

Terrible company

Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. They contact you straight away as soon as you try to swap energy supplier, unfortunately that's the fastest you'll ever get through to anyone, even on the live chat. I often find myself between place 50 and place 90 when I try to talk to them. If you call them the you spend about an hour on the phone waiting to get through to someone. Today, I rang for an hour to get speak about why the app won't take my payment, just to be told it happens during maintenance (not that it tells you when that happens) and that I can top up at a PayPoint and over the phone, however the people that previously lived here seem to have taken the card with them, so neither of those are an option. I was transferred to someone to pay over the phone, however the phone was out down and now I face another hour waiting to get through to someone again whilst my energy meter slowly ticks down

Update: When William called me, he was very nice and understanding, however I was very disappointed that there was no goodwill gesture. Furthermore, there I have now ran out of credit (with no warning from Utilita). Also, if you try to go on a fixed tariff with Utilita, they want to do a credit check and all these other things which, as far as I'm aware, no other provider makes you do. A bit suspicious if you ask me

AVOID (Charley-Jo)

AVOID. Received a wing mirror unit in a timely manner, however I immediately started to experience issues with the unit. It would not fit correctly to the car due to a fundamental issue preventing the washer from being secured in the unit to keep the bolt in place. I contacted them to set up a return but unfortunately came across Charley-Jo. Charley-Jo is not very good at communicating and stated that they would need to investigate if I was miss-sold or incorrectly, but never said anything else regarding how to initiate this process. After a few more emails I then sent the unit back at my own expense as this is what was implied. Well, it turns out that Charley-Jo needed to investigate before I returned the unit, which Charley-Jo never mentioned at any point. I'm now out of pocket by £6+ because Charley-Jo was very unclear on what I needed to do and is now just stating that they can't refund 3rd party shipping costs. The best part is that you can't return it to them directly as their return location is a self storage unit in Sheffield, so even if you live just around the corner, you still have to pay to return it. Absolutely crazy business practice. Please avoid

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They keep calling me and harassing me. They use common scam tactics like multiple agents on a line at the same time, trying to set up a monthly direct debit without valid information and saying that I'm wasting thier time and mine by answering their invasive questions and then saying that I'll speak directly to the life insurance provider, which they don't like. They also spout about Reviews.io where they have x amount of good reviews, this is also a scam site but helps with their scam advisor ratings so the company looks legit. Please be wary with these people and always call providers directly or use genuine comparison sites

Dog awful. Avoid like the plague.

Dog awful. We decided to buy a Cosatto push chair because they always seemed very good with customer service and were rated very well, but I guess that a good marketing team can cover up poor quality and poor service. We ordered our push chair using Clear Pay through the Cosatto website where it specifically states that you can pay back with 4 monthly installments, however, when we got the confirmation through it showed that it would be paid off via 4 fortnightly installments over 2 months which was different to what the Cosatto website stated.
My partner attempted to get in touch with them to cancel the order immediately at around 4 pm, the Cosatto website said that the phone lines closed at 4:30 pm on Friday so we should have been fine, how wrong we were. As soon as we called, the automated message said that the phone lines were already closed, so we tried again and got the same message. We then decided to email them, which has been unanswered for over a week, as has our message on Messenger which was read but subsequently ignored.
Considering that we had attempted to cancel our order, you would think that they would want to reply straight away, instead we had the item delivered and the driver had already walked off around the corner before we opened the door so couldn't refuse, and we are still waiting for a response from Cosatto.
Absolute joke of a company and if the lack of response and customer support continues, we will be claiming the money back through the bank and attempt to contact ClearPay as well

Lego set from Zavvi

I got a Lego set from Zavvi for a great deal. Zavvi often has lots of offers and discounts which is why I picked them over other retailers. They have a partnership with Lego so you know it's a trusted place. There are also lots of different credit types so that's really helpful too. I had a chat with Taylor just for a bit of support and they were amazing. It was nice for a support agent to be a little personal rather than have robotic responses, it adds that little bit extra to the whole thing

Skullcandy and their products are…

Skullcandy and their products are awful. I purchased Grind Earbuds and they were faulty within the first week. I spoke to them and trusted that they would be fine after a short while. It got worse. The right ear bud does not play any sound or connect at all despite being fully charged and actually registered as connected. I have sent them off to warranty and asked for a full refund, to which I received a £70 voucher instead. I don't want to use the £70 voucher as their products don't work and also because I asked for a refund. I contacted support and have been run around by Brian S, one of their support agents. They have left me very confused and even suggested that I send it to a different site, despite them already having my item. I am not happy and I am now not receiving the quick responses that I was getting a short while ago. It's ridiculous. Don't spend your money here

AVOID! MONEY CHEATING SCAMMERS!

Absolutely disgusting company. I started a free trial, but due to a variety of illness and other issues, I forgot that I had the free subscription. Companies are supposed to either email you or write to you advising you that your free trial will end on x date and that you can cancel and not incur a charge, this did not happen. I only noticed that I had been charged, the extortionate price of £13.99, when I checked my bank account for other reasons. Interestingly, the charge was made on the 21st of last month, before my free trial had finished, this payment then went out several days later. I know that I have not received an email about my free trial ending as I check them regularly. However, when I spoke to their awful customer service advisor earlier, I was told that the T's & C's state that they do not give refunds! I honestly thought he was joking because I was so shocked and appalled by this. I haven't even used the account since I first started the free trial and honestly thought I had cancelled it. I demand a full refund! Avoid these scammers!

Really good quality t-shirts

Really good quality t-shirts. Never had any issues with payments or shipping. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because some of the designs aren't to my taste, but it is all personal preference, if I don't like them, others could. Definitely great value for money and would recommend

Usually incredible designs and great quality for low prices. They love to keep customers with them and often offer great deals. On a few times I have been stuck with designs that weren't quite my style, still picked them and loved them anyway. Would absolutely recommend to others

Most disgusting providers ever

I've had so many issues with talk talk the entire time I've been with them. However this latest issue had pushed me past the tipping point. Currently I've had no internet for 2 weeks and 4 days. I have done various tests with lines, reset two routers, changed several wires and changed several extensions. I eventually got an engineer booked for a Friday which was still over two weeks after the problem started. Friday came and went with no engineer in sight. The next day I contacted them to find out that the engineer had been cancelled by their system accidentally. I now have another engineer booked for next Friday which is going to be over 3 weeks without any internet. I do an IT course which requires me to use internet and I now have many assignments not handed in because I have no internet. I've also not been able to use many other online services I pay for and the only thing that they are willing to only pay for the days of internet I've lost and won't pay for my mobile data that I would need to use to do my coursework, won't pay for any other things I've lost out on. As soon as the problem is resolved I am leaving the company. And to people that say I can do coursework elsewhere, I have been going to my grandparents to do it but obviously I can't be there all the time as they too have things to do and beds to go to. However, do not ever switch to talk talk. They have the worst customer service. Their employees give conflicting information. Also they don't seem overly bothered about how they treat their customers. Avoid at all costs
