He quickly identified the fault, and as it wasn't possible to rectified the problem, took us and the failed car back to my designated garage near our home.

I booked my tickets through you on line and during the process, there was an option to travel either with TFW or GWR.
I chose the TFW option, but found out that despite booking through yourselves, I was sold the more expensive fare to travel by GWR, and they will never be my first choice due to previous issues with them.
