New product, never heard of the beabd before but glad I found them as they offered something different to the usual offerings from Boss, Dior, Vetcade etc. Lovely helpful salesman identified fragrance I was trying to find from a tester I had the previous week. Showed me all options from the product range and prices. Purchased two fragrances, signed up to promotional Sunnamusk site and rewarded with discount off next purchase. Like the convenience that most ingredients are all in pre weighed packages, Recipes generally easy to follow. Portion size very small (need to order for 3 people to feed 2). Reasonable price with the discount, pricy otherwise. The recipes usually take longer to prep and cook than stated and produce a lot of washing up! Recipes are generally tasty and well received by my sons but rather exotic if you have a traditional palate

Visited Wolverhampton branch on new years bank holiday Monday - knew what I wanted to see and try. Warmly welcomed and shown to various options that I wanted my adult son to try with various price points. Questions answered. No pressure to buy there and then however products met my specifications and price point and was also able to take advantage of interest free credit on the purchase. Very efficient and knowledgeable saleswoman which was great as it saved a lot of time. Have had a number of products from Benson For Beds & Harvey's stores - all have been of high quality and have lasted well. Highly recommended. Thankyou

Went to watch Derby v WBA & booked space at nearby Premier Inn about 3/4 mile from the ground. Plenty of parking spaces - located at the start of small industrial estate close to a well appointed retail park with plenty of options if you needed a bite to eat. Very cheap in comparison to some parking and also felt relatively secure. Would definitely use again.

Good products. Pricey postage unless buying on a free postage offer. Pity that postage couldn't be combined when multiple products are bought even if it mean waiting until they are all available to dispatch together.

Online experience poor as it was unclear as to whether the purchase had been processed necessitating a call where additional costs incurred due to price per minute call rates. Then had to listen to call handler try and sell me a free two week offer of some club that offers discounts off everything. What they don't tell you is after 14 days they will debit £99 from your bank unless you opt out - too much hassle and I object to this when I am paying for the call. Never used to be like this
