Love holidays love taking your money for your holidays but don’t pay hotel, we got stuck in turkey 1am in the morning wind of Lara Antalya 6 September because there was no booking. Had paperwork saying hotel paid for, we had to pay £200 till Monday till manager rang love holidays for payment what a joke .then we had change rooms that was fun when you’ve emptied your cases .
How long before I get a response off them Amy
Then after sending emails they say not heard from you closing case 🫴🫴no reply email address good luck when you book . You send me a link the one they do is no reply than I sent it to you ??

Bought the pink Mercedes for the gran daughter so didn’t write a review stayed away. Sunday came she’s just 2 she jumped in it loved every minute we got the remote to make it easier good idea

Waited 4 days for a hotpoint guy to come out for my cooker told them it was my thermostat no heat . Hotpoint came told my wife it’s the thermostat it will take 8 days to order it lol . On the phone to complain 45 minutes still waiting . Anybody else had this problem 🤬
