Really helpful staff. My son forgot his DofE membership card and they sorted us out anyway.
Samuel and Ieuan were great sorting this for us and very friendly. There was another young man who helped us with hiking boots and another with hiking trousers and again all polite, friendly and helpful.

Just sent a Thank You bouquet to Mum end of last week, and Appleyard never fail to be anything less than perfect. Not only do they look spectacular and be really good quality, the smell is out of this world. Appleyard flowers always smell incredible. She was delighted and loved the colours. I was first sent Appleyard last year and since then I always use them as my go to flower supplier. Prompt delivery, beautifully presented and reasonable prices for the quality and quantity you get.

I recently purchased my new bathroom from Victorian Plumbing. The whole experience was really easy from booking online, delivery and everything arrived as it should and packed well (really well - took me ages to open the crate :) ). I had to return a few items which were not needed in the end and although it was well after the returns date they have credited me and arranged DPD collection of the goods. Sarah Banks, Liam Bennion Lewis Warner, Patsy Maloret and Dotun Okeke all helped with my customer service with calls and emails and were all very efficient and friendly. The quality of the products is superb. The bathroom is completely transformed. I would def recommend using this company.

Review over Appleyard Flowers
Fabulous flowers, exceptionally presented and very efficient service. The flowers are high quality and smell incredible. I love the fact you can send flowers already in vases and with cards. This is my favourite online florist, but also use Bloom & Wild. You get what you pay for but to be fair the prices are quite reasonable.
Review over Young Driver
My 11 yr old son had his second lesson with Young Driver. His tutor was Peter Castle and he was excellent. I'm planning on having 4-6- lessons per year and increase them when he is around 15-16 so we have less lessons when he turns 17, I know others who's kids have been successful with this.
Its quite expensive, especially for the younger kids (but on par with normal driving lesson prices I guess. They are £47.99 for 30 mins). We booked on a last minute 50% off offer so this lesson was £23.99 making it more affordable for an 11 year old.

I’ve shopped at Next (mainly online and with account) for years now.
I find their delivery service fast and if I order the night before it’s usually arrived by the morning and returning items is easy too.
They do a good range of own and brand products. Not always the cheapest but convenient as a working mum to get clothes and household things.
Sometimes the website is out of stock quickly for popular styles / sizes and the app can crash occasionally but generally I like Next a lot.

I use Moonpig all the time, especially for cards but also gifts on occasions.
It can be a bit more expensive but for the ease of it I prefer it. I can hand write cards as well and upload my text and personalise cards and gifts which I like.
I had an issue of delivery to the wrong address once and they sorted it immediately. Good customer service and follow up. I would recommend.

Great shed and fabulous value. It was delivered quickly, before the expected time and they communicated well and followed up.
The delivery driver wasn’t very helpful as I’d just had an operation to remove cancer and he wouldn’t help put the shed closer to the house on delivery, so a neighbour did. But I think the driver was a subcontractor.
I would definitely use again.
Review over Premier Ovens
Had an oven clean on 18/4/23.
Really poor job. Definitely would not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would as this actually ended up causing me more work in the end and was not clean.
I have cancer and had to arrange the appointment around a major operation I was having. They quoted, we sorted a date and it wasn’t changed, they called the day before to change the time but then called back to change to the original time. But at that point it seemed all good. We had a friendly and nice rapport and I was pleased I’d found someone to do the oven at short notice as my mum was going to be looking after my son at my house when I was in hospital.
However the end result unfortunately was Bad smears on the glass inside and out and we had to have it taken apart later to be put right. When we open it up it was filthy still and you could see how little effort had been made. The oven was not horrendously dirty to start with and was installed with the kitchen around 9 years ago, so not very old but not brand new.
I have photos of how smeary the glass was after the clean and I sent them to Premier ovens but they didn’t comment about it.
Before the cleaner came I was called to say he was profoundly deaf, which was absolutely fine as I couldn’t see how this would effect the job. I was told he could lip read perfectly and so I made sure I stood in front of him and spoke clearly. I was also told he had a hearing device on his phone which meant the managers could communicate with him. All sounded fine to me. He called upstairs a few times to get me and We understood each other perfectly plus he was a really friendly guy. My issue is not with him personally but thar the job was not done well.
The manager Warren called at the end of the clean to take payment and asked me if I was happy and I said it was very smeary and not clean.
I also said to Ollie (the cleaner) that it was very smeary and I wiped my finger through it to show him. But he didn’t say or do anything. I went to get a microfibre cloth and as I was on the phone to Warren, I was also cleaning the front glass of the cooker. Ollie just stood and watched me.
Warren just said that Ollie was normally very good but didn’t ask him to do the job better.
There was mess, dust and dirt on the floor of my kitchen. He emptied a dustpan and brush but left loads of mess on the floor.
The cleaner used my downstairs loo without asking me. I would have said it was fine - but it just seemed a bit rude. He communicated fine to me about other things.
The cleaner did not wear shoe protectors or take his shoes off, which I though was unprofessional.
Also the cleaner turned up late and Warren kept calling me, which in some ways was good but was overkill and kept interrupting my work which they were aware of. Apparently Ollie had been asked by the previous client to stay on to do other jobs. I now suspect the previous client made them do it again?
Not value for money either as was told it was half price but I paid about what other companies charge full price. Quoted £46.80 net but had a lightbulb in so paid about £4-£5 extra which I’d agreed to and was pleased he did.
I normally use Clover oven cleaners but they were not available. Other professional oven cleaners quoted between £50-£75 net and so what I paid in the end was not an example of ‘half price’ from the competition I’d say.
I did feed this back to the company but all they said was Ollie didn’t get bad feedback normally and they apologised and said as I was not happy they’d remove me from their database. just shocking service and follow up after an issue. Felt like they just took their money and washed their hands of it. Their attitude seem to be to blame the customer rather than see it as an opportunity to improve and accept the fault. Nothing was offered to rectify the issue - they did not offer or want to send anyone round to complete the job.

Totally fabulous! Prices are really reasonable and the delivery is fast. So good to have products that taste good but make controlling your calorie, carb, and sugar intake much easier. Only started getting them recently but so far really impressed and will be getting more.

Have just purchased a Tallulah sofa, Love Seat and Designer Footstool from Sofology and have been really pleased with the customer service so far. The staff do not work on individual commission but have a group incentive so it doesn't feel like a hard sell. They even offered me the clearance items as a sofa I was looking at was reduced, but I decided on a full price product. I went back a few times to look at styles, sizes, colours and they set up an account for me putting my choices in a baskets so I could work out what was best. I felt they were very informed about their products and care of them. I was served first by a tall young lady with long dark hair, called (I think ) Tia, and then by Nicola. I didn't make the purchase in store and Nicola phoned me back at an arranged time to put it all through. I'd been into DFS next door to Sofology first (Bristol Cribbs) and been completely ignored on 2 occasions. I am female shopping by myself but DFS seemed to concentrate on couples or male shoppers. But to be fair the Sofology range is much better anyway. The sofa is due to be delivered Mid - end Sept so I can't comment on delivery times or ease, but the initial purchase was positive. thanks you.
