I don't understand why dentists don't scale and polish your teeth at a checkup like they use to or is it because I'm a NHS patient, instead they seem to refer you to the hygienist?

This time it's was a very easy experience but the last time I travelled to pick up my item I was told it was not ready so I had to email my predicament and was refunded.

I booked online as I didn’t have a phone at hand and innocently booked the first airline time that came up which seemed ok but didn’t realise that the cost would be extortionate. Apparently if I had phoned I would have been told that the price that thought I would be paying was only if I had booked a certain airline so all in all I am not happy.

First two orders were great….. I had to return some from each order with no problem, but the third and last order I was declined a refund saying that four of the items were promotional ( which means?) and how was I to know they were promotional so I’m not a happy lady unless It gets sorted… all I thought I knew was their no quibble refund within 45 days was for all unused unworn items…. I received my order today so instantly what was suitable ands what wasn’t and tried to start a refund only to find I couldn’t fill in the form.

Every thing was fine until I’d paid the deposit and then I found out the flights that were booked were now unavailable so I had to pay for an unwanted extra night at the end of the holiday and an extra £70 pp for flights that originally were included in the price and also the flight to my destination is not the time that I first agreed so all in all it has added up to much more money and inconvenience. I have never had a problem with holidays booked ThroughTravel Zoo before but will double check if it’s with Jetline in future.

Re: your reply I thought the holiday was finalised when I paid the deposit only to be called back later that day.
