In the past I've always had good experiences with Evri, but I don't like this new idea of putting the parcel by the front door, taking a photo of it and walking off without ringing the doorbell. All the main delivery companies seem to be doing this now and I asked an Amazon driver who stated that they were told not to ring doorbells - disgusting. I'm very annoyed.

The main delivery experience is (as always) very good, but I don't understand why your couriers are not allowed to ring doorbells anymore. Are they trying to follow Amazons' example. I certainly hope that this will change back soon, otherwise I'll be boycotting yourselves as well as Amazon. Otherwise, thank you.
