I was suffering from a defective filling so rang the practice and was given an emergency appointment the following morning. Patrick my dentist sorted out my problem as usual and I left 20 minutes later a much happier person.

I paid to have a present delivered on Thursday and they failed to do so.
It was delivered after we had left to go away for a few days the following afternoon.
Every time I tried to contact them I failed.
The present was expensive so we had to arrange for someone to pick it up from our house so that it was safe.
Not impressed.

I have been a member of TradePoint for many years in Norwich.
It make sense to be able to get a good discount on my goods. The staff are always very helpful and my experiences have always been good.
I would throughly recommend joining the system if you are looking to get best value for your money.

I subscribed to History Hits and I could not easily access the channel so I cancelled my 14 day trial the next day.
I tried again using a different email address but still had a problems. I once again cancelled the subscription by contacting the support line the next day.
History Hits have taken two subscriptions from me, despite numerous emails.
They did say in one of their replies that they would cancel one of the subscriptions, I said thanks but I also want the second one done.
Today no money has been returned.
I am a pensioner and I can ill afford to have £120 taken out of my bank in this way. They have failed to honour their 14 day trial offer and I feel that I have been scammed.

I have been using cartridge People for several years and I have to say that the service they provide is excellent. I feel that the way to judge any company is not so much by the normal service that they deliver (which is very good) but by how they deal with any issues that occasionally occur with their product.
Cartridge People know how to deal with issues always to the satisfaction of the customer.
If you are looking for good value in the printer supplies world give them a try.

Numan are a trustworthy company that I have dealt with for a period of time. I have found that the way to gauge a company is by the way that they deal with mistakes.

The policy is fine but if you cancel due to selling your vehicle or trailer as in my case you get no refund on the premium.
By all accounts it says so in the fine print but do you read this?

I think the company is mean and are taking unfair advantage of people not reading the full terms etc.

Last year I attended the PFCO course run by UAV8 in Ipswich. As I have already stated I thought the course was excellent value for money and I was granted a further discount for being an ex serviceman which was the icing on the cake so to speak. The quality of any business is often displayed by the service that they provide after your initial contact. This week I decided to update my Operations Manual ready for submission to the CAA as part of my renewal process so I asked UAV8 how much they would charge for the service.I was pleasantly surprised when they told me that the first update was free of charge. I took them up on their offer and I had an updated manual back to me within 24 hours. As someone who runs his own business I have to say that this service is five star.

I have recently attended a course with this company and I have to say that as a professional instructor myself I was not looking forward to being on the other side of the fence so to speak.
Two days of excellent instruction that was both informative and entertaining allayed my fears.
The team of instructors all come from an established background of flying rotary wing aircraft in what might be termed very risk critical situations!
They alerted the course to the very real issues of being a UAS pilot but also of the benefits of this developing application.
I have given the company 5 stars as I feel that they are worth it.
Thanks to UAV8 for setting me on the right course as they also taught us how to read a map!
