Had a tester which lasted over 7 days. So I brought the discovery set to see which fragrance I liked best. Went back to the birmingham branch and purchased 2 parfume oils. They did not disappoint. Great service and beautifully fragrance products.

I emailed the company to check the sizing of the filter i required. They were quickto respond and recommended the correct filter for my axia vent extractor. Ordered the item and it arrived within 2 working days.

I've been sceptical using online stores for prints but have to say, this company was good. Prints are perfect and this company will be my go to from now to print my pictures.
These cookies are delicious. They were delivered on time and well packaged. Even though they are not cheap, the taste is enjoyable. I definately prefer these than Millie Cookies but I have to be mindful not to eat to many, as I'll pile on the pounds 😅.
Ordered my item on 4th, which advised up to 5 days delivery. Had to chase on 7th to see if the item had actually been shipped. The item was dispatched and evri advised due yo delays on the 9th they would try again. This status remained the same on Monday. Messaged the company who advised thye have to wait 7 days to see if it comes back. All the while as a customer im waiting. Chased again on 16th as there was no change in status. They are now looking to refund the money for the order. Waste of time as i dont have the tree, which i ordered giving ample time.
Speedy delivery and easy ordering online. Does change the temp in the room when on n noticed it shakes every so often.

Quick and easy to order online. The only thing to highlight is once the order has gone through, the confirmation of full details should show online. Must admit the confirmation email did get sent through straight away.

Poor service recd. I thought I was getting a good deal with the item i ordered but paid for it in the end. The item was too large so I decided to send back n request an exchange I didnt get the QR code so I contacted customer service. with a lot of back n forth it looked as though I had to pay to return the item...this wasnt clear on the website I hasten to add, also the advisor didnt answer all my questions when I queried about the exchange that was glossed over. In the end I decided to just get my refund, on the portal it mentions del charge of £4.95 but then when the royal mail option came up it was £5.95, day light robbery.😡 I definately wont be using the AX Paris website again to purchase items as the postage charge and service has been pants. I havent got the time to keep going backward n forwards. I just hope they refund me back and dont take ages to do that!!!!

Ordered the wrong filter, which I promptly returned and ordered the correct one, which was received within a few days. The refund was dealt with swiftly and the chap I spoke to on the chat function of the website was helpful.
