Rubbish Service AGAIN

This KFC has really gone downhill, awful 100%, a zero mark is too good for them, rubbish service from staff who cannot understand a basic order. T

KFC used to be good, now it is awful, with low standard and mediocre staff who are so rude.

This store repeatably rips off customers. I have had enough, never going to shop at this store again. I informed the person on the till, that I had 4 discounted items, she shouted back I can see that. Then I checked my receipt and the discounts had not been applied. It gets worse, she was so useless instead of giving me a refund for the overcharge, she charged me again for these items, this is CRAZY and she did not apologise once, probably because I am Black, I hope the store takes these complaints seriously. The store Manager is useless as well, Clearly these people have zero customer service skills, it is well known that friends and family of Managers are given jobs at Lidl.

It is well worth taking out extended cover for items, I returned an item today and it was replaced without any fuss. Furthermore, the customer service provided by Aysha was fantastic and she was very helpful.

Argos is a great place to shop and certainly better than online retail outlets.

The store at Bescot, Walsall is simply the worst shopping place in the UK. I get overcharged on nearly every visit e.g. discounted items are not reduced at the till.

Today Diet Pepsi was displayed at £7.50 for a case (I have photographic evidence), but at the till they charged me £11.50 a case.

When I complained to the Assistant Manager named Donna, she was rude, shouting at me and called me pathetic. I will will not be shopping at this store again.

Clearly Iceland train their managers to be nasty to customers and do not value our custom, this assessment is based on many instances at this store.

I have been going to 4-Sight opticians in Walsall for over 20 years. The staff are so friendly and helpful, every Optician is also so professional and do the eye tests and eye health checks to the highest standards.

They also have the latest technology and I was shown photographs of each eye with detailed explanations.

I have tried to book several holidays through them and have managed none. They are con artists, I spent hours on the phone and they said they will check availability and then offered a fair inferior hotel.

They also keep adding hidden fees, I have also complained about them to Travelzoo.

When I spoke to the manager, he said they don't hold holidays, which is not correct, his staff said they would, he said he would listen to the call me back, he has not had the decency to do that!

Really helpful staff and sorted out an issue for me, they could not have done more, great place, I only shop here for my household items as offer best value for money.

Additionally a BIG THANK YOU to the two delivery staff, who went out of their way to put my dryer in a very awkward place, top service from them both as well.

The person who handled my query in Durban, South Africa was absolutely brilliant, she is a credit to Morrisons and sorted out my query very quickly and was also really friendly. Morrisons have great customer service in store or online.

Postscript provide a great service, the price of the books is very reasonable and opportunity to bag some bargains.

I am old fashioned and also love the brochure they send in the post, this is greatly appreciated.

I went to the store to return a couple of items that did not fit, it was 2 days after the receipt expiry date, they refused to take them back, I explained that I was unwell and could not visit the store sooner.

The response from the staff was rude and arrogant, especially from James.

I spend hundreds of pounds in the store, but will not be giving them a penny again.

I agree with everyone's comments about how awful the customer service is at SKY, it really has gone downhill I have been a customer for over 25 years, but will now will be cancelling. I have spent most of this week trying to sort out a new deal (as current one finished) and all I can say is what I agreed I would receive on the phone has been changed in the emails I received e.g. the prices, discounts, etc. . ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, someone on SKY needs to read, respond and not ignore these customer reviews.
