Ordered and paid mid August Mounjaro they took payment without having stock to fulfil order.

No correspondence found out from other reviews that they are requesting you pay extra to get the order (£85) for me. I could of got from a different supplier if I’d known they didn’t have stock

Ignoring communications and quoted breach of contract under consumers act

Now had automatic email over 3 weeks since order only options
Swap to less effective alternative
Pay extra
Get refund

Other companies are honouring orders taken before the price hike as purchased in good faith .. not Your Medicals

Even turned off commenting and phone lines.
