Friendly staff, friendly dentist, very little waiting - all good!

Our first time and we found it remarkably easy to sell the car - you led us through the whole process so well and carefully, we were very impressed - loads of communication and the app was good for the photos. We were very pleased with the price we got for the vehicle - and thank you!

Easy to order, good arrive in good time and if you have a query there's someone on the end of the phone. Plus no quibbling about returns. To be fair i've not had to return much but I buy electrical goods from Lakeland, with my 20% discount, in the knowledge that there'll never be a problem.

Lovely cottage, good instructions meant it was easy to find. Parking on drive and in road in front. Rather cold and damp smelling on arrival but we bought more wood and got the place warmed up eventually. Apart from that it was very comfortable, quirky layout, good beds and bathrooms - we had an enjoyable stay.

Prompt delivery of goods purchased, all fit perfectly. I just wish I'd realised a medium was NOT 12-14 but a perfect 14 - 16. I've been ordering L and really things have been too big!!

Lovely house - such a warm welcome on our arrival!! The Aga made the place feel cosy, there were cakes waiting for us, milk was in the fridge and the smell of bread filled the air - the owners had got a loaf cooking especially for us! It was a perfect start to a wonderful week walking an relaxing. The steam trains passing the windows were a bonus and we used the regular train service to take us to destinations from which we could walk. Whitby was only a short walk away too - great location. The house was spacious and spotless, with good decor and furniture - the owners were very helpful. Can't recommend it highly enough.

After a very long wait on the phone (hence only 4 stars) I was relieved when I finally got through to an operator who was extremely helpful and very reassuring that our problem was with you and not with us and that it would be sorted very soon. the follow up email was brilliant as we also have it in writing now - many thanks!! Phew glad that one is sorted.

Such a wonderful surprise - a personal phone call from Liz telling me she's managed to get nearly 100% refund on my plane ticket after I had to cancel due to Covid. As the flight hadn't actually been cancelled I wasn't expecting much if anything so I was delighted that it was pursued especially as I knew how busy everyone has been.

I am very happy with the service. If I have needed assistance they have always responded quickly and have sorted any issues out very quickly. It's reassuring to know that the team are there to help and support.

Quick and easy to set up - form took a little while to fill in online and seemed repetitive but that's all. My father accidentally pushed the button when putting on the wrist version but everyone was very kind and understanding - so far so good!

I am pleased to have found somewhere I can get tops that are long enough in the body and arms. The trousers are too long for me sadly as I am not exceptionally tall, just long!! Sometimes the styles and materials are not exactly to my taste but the staples are excellent.
