I ordered online but needed to return the item as it did not fit, returned to my local store and the service was great. I purchased the next size up in store.

I received flowers from Bloom and Wild and they are an absolutely beautiful selection. I was impressed with the clear guidance on how to trim and display the stems to gain the most for the bouquet.
I was so happy I took advantage of the discount offer card and sent a 'Charlie' bouquet to my sister and she sent me a photo and again they where a beautiful display.
I found the ordering process very easy with prompt delivery times and good images so I was confident in which bouquet I ordered. I received regular updates on my order and flower delivery which again built up my confidence in the whole process.
To be honest, I think I will use Bloom and Wild rather than a florist as the flowers appear to last longer, the process is easy and the cost is fair. Well done Bloom and Wild
