I gave 5 stars as i received what i ordered. However i never received a nonfiction text or email that the order had bee delivered to the store.

I was able to contact helpline late in the evening and the water leak was fixed next day.

The tyres I order were fitted at the booked time. Next day service.

All aspects of the process were efficient completed. All enquiries responded promptly.

I was most impressed with the service from Montane. I had to return a jacket as I had ordered the wrong size. The exchange service worked and I now have the jacket which fits.
I will add, that I have several Montane jackets and other items of clothing, I have never been disappointed with the functionality and performance of any item.

The rating is based on the call centre when renewing the travel insurance.
Excellent service and short waiting time.

No problems encountered with several years with BG, however I do check that my tariff is reasonable. However I am not a high user.

Delivered on time, products as described. The grater which I bough as a replacement had been improved.

On time and kept well informed, just what's required.
