Not bad quality, but the colour brightness and clarity of the text / graphic is a disappointing compared to other pins of a similar ilk which I have purchased.

Oxford waterproof trousers
There was an IT issue when I was trying to get some waterproof trousers to try on and when I spoke to the staff, they sorted it, got me some to try on size wise and then went and got the actual ones I wanted. All very prompt and friendly.

The Stair Box planner is good, but lacks a little detail for the lay person.

We checked all of our measurements twice and even called to discuss a possible alterations - which we were told was not possible. The stair kit turned up as promised and was well built, however, the stairs were too large for the space we had.

After several emails, it looks to be possible confusion regarding the wording for the measurement descriptors. The end result was a a set of stairs that could not really be used for the intended purpose, which was obviously very disappointing and costly.

The tumble drier is not very clear on how to use it best. It has many options, but none of them seem to get everything dry. We have read the instruction manual, but it is still somewhat confusing; especially considering our last driers have simply had a timer which seemed to do the job.

Easy to order and very easy to collect on both occasions.

It was relatively plain sailing, however, even though I'd specified it was not for a cruise, it kept telling me about it on subsequent screens.
It would not let me select a family because both of my children are over 18, so I had to select Group.
Not bad value for money and all of the medical conditions were covered.

The service was okay,but when I had issues completing the form, the staff didn't seem very familiar of confident on how to get around the issue I had. It was processed in the time they stated and paid into my bank directly.
