Absolutely useless in that your automatic Watson just has same choice of questions set and same set answers but never can you communicate with anyone so not problems are listened to at all or deal with this is same when you contact customer service on email help no replies come back no one helps with you or your question ❓ hopeless best describes this.

I have been extremely unhappy at the…Wrong Bill threats mess at Onestream
I have been extremely unhappy at the poor service and excessively high charges received in my direct debit bills from Onestream telephone and internet service provider. I left at the end of my contract in december 2021 / january 2022 as had got my new server contract with BT. That should have been the end of my contact from Onestream, but no they relentlessly kept on billing me yet i had no service from them at all as BT provided all my services from January 2022 via their phone connection to my phone and their BT modem. Yet still Onestream kept on billing me inexplicably for providing no service at all?? This farce continued from Onestream month aftrer month until in desperation i halted the onestream direct debit at my bank. Then Onestream billed me for March 2022 !! and when i refused to continue paying them for services they never providing they sent nasty threatening letters about fining me and taking me to court and sending debt collectors! I was furious and only when i got to speak to Molly in customer service 6 months after my contract ended with Onestream , did she in one phone call grasp instantly Onestreams grave error and deleted the threatening correspondence from Onestream and apologised for Onestreams mis handling and creation of this stressful / unnecessary disaster. Thankyou Molly you did a superb job of fixing this mess at last well done Molly Customer Service at Onestream. Martin
