Awful company

Awful company. All those Indians with fake names. Lack common sense to resolve collection. Took one week to arrange for pickup through drop off location. During this time UPS weren’t able to resolve it as they were still in progress , it happens to be the drop off location is once a week pickup by ups driver the day I dropped off I missed the driver so he will pick up a week later. Legend has it that UPs are still progressing with trying to pick up the parcel for. They wasted a full week and by then driver has picked it up. Where are the brain cells ?? These agents and the manager Garner D need basic common sense training. Never using UPS again.

Go nowhere near collect + they have no…

Go nowhere near collect + they have no brain cells and will mess up your parcels. My advice is deal directly with courier company.

Absolute disaster

Absolute disaster ! Avoid. Spent over £100 on one bottle. When received it was already leaking due to a faulty top. Leak was visible on the box, unfortunately my little bro answered the door and accepted delivery. Called customer service but they kept asking for same pictures I already emailed and wasted 3 days after 4 calls to their pathetic useless number 0200970015. In the end they asked me to provide another email with my name and address so they can send me a label to return it (they already have my details) Why couldn’t I return it in the first place when I asked ? Instead they made me go back and forth and take pics non stop and kept emailing them! Also these people don’t understand English well enough.

Fake reviews

Absolute scammers! It’s not parfum it only last 30 mins max. I brought 5 different bottles and all are the same my edt lasts way longer than this. Most reviews here are not real. There is no way this company will have 4.4 rating selling water as parfum. No chance! I retuned all mine with so much hassle and still waiting for refund after purchase date was 08/03/25. Stay away from this company. There is a reason they don’t have a telephone line, that is what scammers do they like to hide away.

So many 1 star reviews is there for a reason. I will never buy or recommend a purchase from curry’s simply because their customer service is appalling!!
They have no clue or idea why they are doing. The issues is created by them in the first place and then further escalates because of them.
WRITTEN AFTER REPLY BELOW: even worse asking me to get in touch this is the whole reason that I left 1 star review RYAN! Getting in touch is a nightmare and makes evil dead a cartoon and like I said your colleagues at least 12 of them I spoke to have no idea!! So why on earth would I get in touch after all that?? That’s right... AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!

Unbelievable service

Unbelievable service! Yes it's true, their service so severely bad it's unbelievable! Forget about complaining about anything they will never ever resolve it, the only way it resolves is that you literally get SICK of chasing up the complaint, then the sneaky BT Team snigger and say they succeeded. No morals, No respect, not even bothered to run their own business correctly.
