Harry worked hard to get me exactly the holiday that I wanted. He was attentive and quick to respond to my questions, queries and requests. I’m looking forward to our multi trip to Asia next Easter!

Claire helped to identify suitable hotels for a Greek island hopping holiday. Booking and making payments was easy and well organised along with all the necessary paperwork. The holiday went as planned and I hope to use eShores again for future holidays. Thankyou.

Product is lovely however I was misled…

Product is lovely however I was misled by the shop assistant who told me to return in a week on my birthday and I would also get a free candle. When I returned he said I needed to spend £100. My daughter was buying me the perfume for my birthday and didn’t have £100 she and I felt duped. Very disappointed at the devious, dishonest tactics to get a sale.

My order has been sent to the wrong…

My order has been sent to the wrong collection point and now I have no further information other than I need to collect it before a set date. I’ve been into the collection shop and they apologised its not there. Just Lack of communication.

Trying to get refund unable to sort…

Trying to get refund unable to sort online so rang up.
Went through all the information and took readings and the lady on the phone proceeded to cut me off 3 times.
Eventually spoke to someone else who was very helpful
And everything got sorted. By biggest complaint is even though I was nearly £3000 in credit and paying over £317 a month which was way to much.Not once was I contacted to either reduce my monthly payment or sort a refund and that’s one of the first things on the Octopus web site. Disappointing

Unfortunately my item has not been…

Unfortunately my item has not been delivered. After a week and a half of waiting I contacted Ideal TV and was told it has been dispatched. Later I was told it had been damaged during dispatch. My order is now on re-order. I am a bit disappointed that it took my questioning to find out it has been damaged, otherwise I think it was assumed I had received it. That’s not great service. Hopefully I will get it. Still waiting!
Update: Now I have had a reply to this comment saying my order is now cancelled and I will get a refund even though I have other emails to say it is being despatched again. Very confusing. I just want what I ordered.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced with this order.

Upon checking the details, we can see the goods were dispatched by the supplier, but we have received no further courier update which would indicate this may have been lost in transit unfortunately.

Due to this, and us currently not having the stock to offer a replacement, a refund has been processed for you. Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to settle.

Apologies once again for the inconvenience caused.
