I took my mum in who has issues with sizing on shoes, to try and find a suitable fit. I was met by the most amazing Gavin who is so knowledgeable and put my mum at ease. I’m so impressed and can not remember the last time I had customer service like it. He was nothing short of patient and brilliant.

Worst service ever! If another company sold the item I was after for twice the price I’d rather pay them. I would NEVER shop at Dorothy Perkins. I’ve placed the same order 3 times - every order has arrived with the incorrect size. I’ve then missed out on all the deals re order for extra ££ PAYING for year next day delivery - for the order not to arrive after 4 days and then get an email to say sorry part of your order is out of stock! They will only refund the delivery if I return the items 🤷🏻♀️ So if I want to keep them I pay for next day delivery even though it’s taken over 4 days - hasn’t arrived yet but I’ll be more surprised if it’s the correct order SHOCKING Worst customer service horrendous company bad customer service AVOID - I’ve just found NEXT sell similar jeans use them!

Update: Thank you for sending this over Jolene. I've had a look at the order number you have provided and can see although the Delivery Pass was purchased, Standard Delivery was chosen as the postage method which is the reason the delivery was not made within the Next Day delivery timeframe. The Delivery pass is not exclusive to Next Day Delivery and includes both Standard and Next Day delivery, so you were not charged for the postage and if Next day delivery is wanted, this would need to be chosen during the checkout process.
In regards to the incorrect item orders, I wasn't able to locate 4 other orders on this account, and so I can look into this further for you, I've gone ahead and sent you an email about this. Please kindly keep an eye your inbox, spam and junk folder for this.

I'm really sorry to hear about the experience you have faced with your recent orders, especially as you have had items delivered in the incorrect size and had orders that have not been delivered within the advertised timeframe.

Avoid at all costs. Used as Swindon direct you to them as a non fault claim risk management company. They are supposed to look after your claim! Use your insurance company - kindertons have lost my vehicle for several weeks ( they sent it to salvage in error where it was striped inside and further damage caused) when they did find it they repaired it but not the damage that was caused in their care - over 4 months still not given my vehicle back and are refusing to give me a hire car even though this is in my policy. They have upheld this complaint and offered me £50 - I’d rather my £48k van back or at the very least a hire car! I can’t stress enough - don’t use them! EDIT Please note Kindertons have had 21 days to return the van and are now offering to return with damaged caused by them. They know I am without a vehicle and are trying to insist I collect even though I live in a rural area and am booked to go away for Christmas and yet still no vehicle! Their response below is false and no vehicle has been arranged! This is being referred to a legal representative for failure under the consumer act 2015 - if anyone else experiences issues I strongly advise taking action and please feel free to contact me. Please note that kindertons returned my van with further damage and we are now having to go through an independent review - Kindertons have not rectified the problem at all
