The most horrible excuse for an organisation. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP. Even if you withdraw within the 14 days coolings off period you WILL be charged £65. If you don't, you'll be tied into a long contract.
Customer service is not evident, hence all the terrible reviews. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE AND SIGN UP TO THIS 'SERVICE'

Was offered really good money for my fully functioning mobile but they made up some pathetic excuse to reduce that amount by more than £350!! I obviously rejected that and got them to return it which to their credit they did quickly. Send to Music Magpie and got paid with no hassle or questions.

Three attempts, 2 hours on the phone to four different people and three days off work and finally I receive my cooker. First one not delivered as it was damaged, second one due for delivery the following day but informed on the morning of delivery that it would in fact be six days later! Two hours fighting on the phone, including manager call back finally sorted delivery for the third day. On the bright side the cooker us fantastic but that's due to the manufacturer not this joke of a retailer. Just AVOID and go somewhere reputable.
