The items are amazing

The items are amazing, the fragrances are amazing first class essences, the presentation and gift wrapping is fabulous but when I correspond with customer services, they send an automated response but forget to deal with the actual conceen

Perfection in a box

I ordered from an excellent selection, the website shows pictures and details very clearly. What you select is what to expect! I received notifications every step of the way, from ordering to packaging to transit, delivery and arrival. Perfect presentation, dust bag, shoe horn and shoe wipe included! Very impressive and extremely happy with the purchase experience.

Simply Satisfying

For the first time in a couple of years I have felt listened to and heard, especially as an autistic customer. The advisor was patient and understanding and made every effort to resolve my issues ensuring I was at the centre of everything he did. I think the world deserves a clone of this advisor in their customer service teams! His name is Graeme and I hope this review is broadcast to all OVO employees so he gets the credit he deserves!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the bra’s and pants sets along with swimming costumes! Fabulous fit and so comfortable, very impressed and now my new “go to” for underwear! Easy to use online shopping app, real to life pictures. Prices are amazing and definitely great value for your money! Turnaround time from ordering to receipt of goods Is perfectly speedy! Couldn’t ask for more!
