Terrific service! After the trauma of having my car written off by a bus, my insurance company placed me in the very capable hands of Auxillis to provide a temporary replacement vehicle. The replacement vehicle was a Ford Kuga, delivered to my door 48hrs after the accident. The car was in immaculate condition, and the delivery driver gave me a thorough briefing as to what did what and why! The car was so pristine it would have made you feel guilty if you as much as sneezed inside the car! Excellent staff communication between myself and Auxillis, they could not be faulted, and when it came to say goodbye, the car was collected from my home address, no problem, stress free! First class!
