Absolutely love this company. Quality cards at amazing prices. They have a fabulous year round choice of cards and gifts, enabling me to cover any birthdays or events. I’ve even got a few of their little storage tins to keep my cards ready for when I need them.

Mis-sold! Be careful if you consider taking out a policy as cancellation fees issued ! We took a policy out and were asked to provide evidence of our substantial no claims which we did only to be told they wouldn’t accept it as was being used on another policy. No claims is no claims regardless of how many insurance policies we have. Not paying any more so told them to cancel at which they issue a cancellation fee!!
Appalling gift card. Apparently there’s a life to the card which is not detailed on the card or the supporting information holder. If you are considering buying one as a gift, please check the life of the card as the company will not extend this. I won’t be buying these again.
absolutely rubbish - didnt realise they charge monthly fees after a period of time. Had saved mine up for something special only to find out over £10 taken off in fees!

Hi, The charges that were deducted from your card are known as the Inactive Balance Charge. Before the 01/05/2011 our cards used to expire after 18 months but in line with new legislation gift cards no longer go out of date. Instead, after 18 months if a balance stays on a card an inactive balance charge of 90p is applied to the card starting on the anniversary of the issue date of the card. The charge will be taken on the same date every month until the card is spent in full.
This charge is part of our terms and conditions, and we do try to make every effort to draw attention to this by highlighting it in our T&Cs (Terms & Conditions) both online and in our paper 'Where to shop' directories.

Awful Insurance company, I like many others thought this was an initial good price for my daughter as a first time driver. However the Customer service is appalling- don’t answer the phone and then to be told they will only deal with enquires via a ‘live chat’ area. I don’t think there are enough people to help with concerns and queries. Very concerning given that the threatening letter of insurance cancellation the minute you go over your ‘allocated miles’. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere,
