First time user, love the app but no Returns status?

Great shopping experience and fast delivery. Love your website. However when I went to return an item i have not received any confirmation that it has been processed. THis is in comparison to Farfetch which was pick up on same day and I had confirmation and tracking in app within 24 hours. It is now 3 days and still waiting to hear front Matches.
