Hello Virgin Media!

Hello Again Virgin Media updated 16/3/21

Unfortunately, the number given 07533 051809 is the same one I tried on Friday 12/3/21 and waited for two periods of 45 minutes each.

I just tried again and your first robot transfers me to Terri Triage BOT because their is no human available.

Thank you for web address. However, it takes me straight back to Virgin Media.com and I have tried this many times as well in the early days. Is there an email address anywhere on the website to contact you to confirm cancellation that has already been agreed with Virgin Media.

Also to send me a final bill as I paid you in advance (until 17/3/21) and a box to send your router back. The phone number that was used by Virgin Media 27/1/21 0345 045 1309 to verbally agree cancellation of the account has gone!

Following on from my recent review of Virgin Media. It would appear and backed up by ‘Last Chance’ Review of 14/3/2021 that the mobile numbers supplied by Virgin Media (I wasn’t aware of this) are just Robots trying to link you to Virgin Media operatives.

The first attempt by the Robot was 45 minutes long and nobody answered. The second attempt same time 45 minutes and same result, no answer

So having again read all recent reviews, it is now time to escalate the action with this company and very interesting and helpful of ‘Last Chance’ Review today.

This will make people aware they are not alone in their struggle with Virgin Media and to encourage us all to keep going, to seek a resolution to our outstanding issues.

Good Luck everyone and keep going in your pursuit of a conclusion.

My contract should have ended over a week ago. I switched to BT and representative of VM rang me to avoid losing me as a customer. If I ring him back now his number is unobtainable. I have written by special delivery to VM Reading their head office received 26/1/21~ NO Reply. I have complained on their website 29/1/21 reply should be 28 days~ Nothing!

I even agreed the switch over number of land line etc and how to return my VM hub in a box to be supplied. Leaflet, final bill to follow.

Still Nothing!

Now they are sending me a current bill, as if nothing has happened and still a customer. I have paid up to the 17/3/21 and now do not have a VM phone line and the hub switched off awaiting the final letter from VM

Read all these reviews. The reality of what is advertised as Customer Service does not exist! They appear to ignore every form of communication and 0345 454 1111 is an extremely difficult one to reach someone . Their answer holding tune 'Don't Let Me Down'

I won't give up but any reader of this site think twice when joining. They ignore you when you actually want to leave. Its not about the money, its about the lack of customer service. The numbers offered in the reply from VM after my review only take you to a robot who tries to connect to a human being. I gave up after leaving the phone to connect after 2 hours!

This is something I feel strongly…

This is something I feel strongly about.

With a contract due to to expire and another price increase implemented the company Virgin Media cannot be contacted on my land line, neither the phone number on their website.

When a Virgin Media van was in my area and I said to the operative I was having trouble contacting them, he laughed and said try the website and live chat.

That doesn't seem to exist either.

I tried New customers line and sales etc all drew blanks.

CAN ANYONE TELL ME HAVE THEY CONTACTED Virgin Media in the week commencing 18/1/2021 and how they did it please.

Very disappointed and endeavouring to communicate with them.

As with previous reviewers I used this…

As with previous reviewers I used this App since 2012. Their latest build from the ‘Ground Up’ leaves a lot to be desired.

Where my frustration is based upon is the synchronisation between iPhone iPad and MacBook. OutDoors GPS say you no longer lose a route.

I could not even figure which routes were been saved safely. This only came to light several weeks ago when I tried to delete one on my iPhone. I had a crash error.

They like you to be honest and that I was and told the App was not fit for purpose and development team working on it.

As my phone had more and more routes I couldn’t delete and the same thing was happening on the iPad.

They didn’t show on the web account where your routes are saved hopefully. Many resets took place and even deleting the App off the two devices didn’t help.

I gave up as I could not figure the number of route I should have as there were far more on my phone.

It has been a good app to use in 8 years hence the 3 star but a total nightmare in the past 6 months and OutDoors GPS seem unable to fix it.

Look on the latest Apple reviews before you buy, consider the last 6 months as an indication of what’s going on ! I have just completed their latest questionnaire to tell them I am giving a negative review so they are aware of my concerns.
