Has all information l need . Easy to add money to account and take it out .

Excellent care and service from my pet insurance provider

Had petplan since Lottie was a pup . Always supported us well and paid promptly even though our little dog has had problems since 12 months old . Premiums have not doubled like some do if pet has life long illness or refusal to cover her . Pet plan gives peace of mind . Quality care and cover for pets .

SAA poor service

I have been SAA member for several years. Tried to order online on several occasions only to be extremely frustrated due to system not recognising my password and when tried to reset password System failure . Unable to make order .
Had to make phone call to order . One order the staff unable to process my payment . Customer experience poor .
Also l can honestly say the new magazine is horrible .
I do not intend to renew my membership when up for renewal . I do lIke the professional artists used by SAA this is why l have renewed this year . Products can be bought at similar price elsewhere too .
