Just to help clarify: each YouChoose card includes clear instructions on the back, and our website offers a Help Centre and live chat to guide you through every step. Since YouChoose is a two-step multi-retailer gift card, we also recommend exchanging it ahead of time for the retailer-specific eGift you want to use, to avoid any delays.
