Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. I bought my daughter jeans for Christmas. The blue ones fit lovely but the grey is the same size but a smaller fit for some reason.
I started Christmas shopping the end of November as usual but I have recently found out that In The Style returns policy is 14 days.
How ridiculous that this company does not have an extended Christmas returns policy like all other companies.
They refuse to refund me even though I was going to get the next size up.
I have been using this company for a few years but they have lost a good customer.
Terrible service 😡

THIEVES, taking customers money

I put an order into McDonald’s in Cardiff was told that it would arrive at a certain time. When it didn’t arrive, I looked again and the time had changed and was going to be another hour to an hour and a half. This was going to be far too late for me so I called McDonald’s and they informed me that I could go onto just eats website to cancel the order due to them not even having the order through at that time. On the website, it was saying that they were assigning a driver and that’s why it was going to be really late.
I cancelled the order on website, I then received an email to say that the order was cancelled, but I wasn’t going to get a refund. Absolutely disgusting, I am certainly taking this further and I will get my refund 😡

Still waiting on the phone

Had an engineer to fix my oven but he damaged one of my kitchen drawers. I phoned D&G and was told I had to phone the engineers company, which I did. Eventually got through to be told, you have to speak to D&G. I’m still on the phone trying to sort it out for an hour and a half. They need more customer service staff and they need to know what they are talking about.

I'm sorry to see that one of your kitchen drawers were damaged during the repair to your oven. I'm afraid this would be classed as an indirect cost and wouldn't be covered under your plan, so contacting the engineer and raising a public liability claim with them would be the correct process to get this resolved.

Fed up with their awful customer service

I’ve had an issue with an item since September and every week I phone and every week I get told that it’s definitely been sorted now and it will take 2-3 days to show on my account.
Is it sorted? NO ITS NOT.
Tried speaking to a supervisor/manager but surprise surprise, there’s never one available.
I’ve been a loyal customer but this time round I’m really disappointed and your customer service is appalling 😡

T&C's need to be flexible in case of emergencies

All went well with the booking until my daughter was taken into hospital. I phoned customer services to find out how I could rearrange the dates or if I had to cancel. I was told that I couldn't change dates and if I cancelled they would keep 95% of the total cost of our holiday which is appalling.
Yes, it was short notice (out of our control) but if they'd advertised the holiday again with the glorious weather we had and no one travelling abroad, it would've sold really easily.
Luckily my daughter had the all clear to go but I just wanted to warn anyone else to, please get insurance because this company was very unsupportive.
T&C's need be to flexible in certain circumstances.

I'm disgusted that this company is keeping 50% of my holiday insurance refund due to the country being at a stand still and my holiday that Tui cancelled. Their excuse is that I am out of the 14 day cooling off period.
Went with a well known company but NEVER AGAIN.
USING COVID 19 AS AN EXCUSE TO RIP YOU OFF.

Once our customers are outside of our 14 days cooling-off period, full refunds on our single or annual trip travel insurance policies are not permitted, as detailed in our Policy Wording.

The reason behind this is, that you would have had cancellation cover in place since the date the policy was purchased and therefore, there has been an element of risk, which the underwriter has already covered.
