I came upon Rabbit Hole Records by chance whilst browsing through vinyl outlets. They had a record I was interested in significantly cheaper than I’d seen elsewhere so decided to give them a go.
The record arrived quickly, well packaged to protect against damage in the post. It was in very good condition with only slight wear and tear on the album cover as described.
Overall I’m very pleased with this purchase and I shall certainly be buying from this company again.

A sale at Planet X provided some very useful small items at prices to match. Delivered quickly, as expected.

First of all, the service. I had a couple of questions regarding this bike which were answered quickly, both by email and by phone. Having decided to go ahead with the purchase I found the website easy to use.
The bike arrived only 5 days after placing the order, well packaged and well protected inside its box. No damage had been sustained in transit. Assembling the bike was clearly explained and easy to do. The gears were set up perfectly. After bedding in the brakes they also perform extremely well.
Throughout this entire process, from placing the order to delivery, Ribble kept me informed of what was happening by email.
Overall, then, I was very satisfied with the service received.
Now, the bike itself. I chose this particular gravel bike after a lot of research, looking at online reviews and comparing it with half a dozen bikes on my shortlist. Although it’s less than a fortnight since it arrived I can state with confidence that I made the right choice. It rides beautifully, feels very comfortable and looks great. Everything is just right. This bike is going to be a lot of fun!
In summary then, I am very happy with my purchase. This is exactly what I wanted.

A very useful product at a bargain price, made even better at 3 for 2. As always with Planet X delivery was prompt. If you’re already thinking about Christmas presents these would make great stocking fillers.

I placed an order online with Wheelbase on Wednesday. The item (at half-price) arrived on Friday. Furthermore, no more packaging was used than necessary. The Altura Ridge Tier shorts fit perfectly. Overall, very pleased with the service and the product.

Schwalbe gravel tyres at a very good price delivered promptly. Would certainly use Merlin Cycles again.

Ordered a bike from Sigma which arrived promptly and in excellent condition, packaged securely in a box which opened at the front so the bike could be wheeled out easily, as opposed to having to be lifted out of a box opening at the top. The drive train had been assembled faultlessly so the bike could be ridden without any fine tuning on my part. It was supplied with a tool kit of good quality, though better suited to work done at home rather than a multi tool for carrying on the bike.
Overall, very satisfied with the service received. Would be happy to buy from Sigma again.

Tredz is a company I discovered online during the first lockdown last year. Prior to that I had done all my bike shopping in-store, so finding a supplier I could trust for online shopping was very important.
After my first experience of buying from Tredz I was sufficiently impressed to rely upon them for further purchases. I liked the range of products they offered, their prices, the short delivery times and their customer service.
Some months ago I wrote a review of Tredz in which I emphasised that I had bought accessories only and had no experience of buying a complete bike from them. That has now changed. Tredz had a bike I wanted, in stock and available for immediate purchase while most other companies were offering only “pre-orders”, in some cases for months ahead. The bike arrived promptly complete with a Christmas gift of front and rear lights! A nice touch. Unfortunately there was a problem with the bike but after a quick phone call and a follow-up email not only was this fixed at Tredz’ expense but they also supplied vouchers for future purchases as a gesture of goodwill. All this reinforced my view of Tredz’ attitude to customer service. They seem to me to care about their customers and are prepared to deal with problems quickly and without fuss.
In summary, my experience of buying from Tredz has been very positive and I intend to continue using their on-line services. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Every order placed online with Tweeks Cycles has arrived promptly and in excellent condition, having been packaged carefully. Their prices are often well below RRP. Given that I am impressed with both the service and the prices I shall continue to buy from them.

Order placed Wednesday, received Saturday. Kept informed of progress throughout. A cancellation form listing each item bought was included with the initial confirmation email which, obviously, would have made it easy to change the order should that be necessary. This facility has not been offered by other companies I’ve used.
All the above points to a good level of service. Consequently I would certainly buy from Biketart again.

Firstly, let me emphasise that so far I have purchased accessories only from Tredz. I have no experience of buying a complete bike from them.
Having said that, within the last couple of weeks I have placed three separate orders with them, two having been delivered and the third pending. The first two orders were based on price and availability of the items I wanted, the third on reliability of the service also. Those items that I have received arrived in good time, good condition and well packaged. Regarding the latest order, Tredz have informed me of a probable delay, due to their suppliers and have let me know when the items are likely to reach me. Other options including splitting the order have been offered.
The fact that they have kept me informed shows a good level of service which is not always evident with some other companies. For this and all the other reasons already mentioned I shall continue to shop with Tredz.
