Underpaid after delayed payment

Waited 9 months for a payment that was promised after 6 months. When I rang Quidco to chase up the payment, they put the blame on the insurance company who I bought my policy with (which included the cashback through quidco). They were wrong to do this as it was their responsibility. I was promised £91 cashback and even after waiting for months, I was only actually given £88.

So sorry to hear that you're having an issue with this claim Rebecca! We're reliant on the cashback from the retailer to pass over to you and we have seen that a few have taken longer than expected sadly due to the current Covid pandemic.
