Jet2 first timers

My family and me thoroughly enjoyed our recent holiday to Turkey. This was our first time with Jet2 and it certainly won't be the last. We have already booked for next year.
I like the idea of your booking that includes for everything like luggage and transfers etc.
Well done Jet2.

Complaint

The flowers I purchased for £45.00 were an absolute disgrace, I could have probably got the same in a supermarket or garage for £5.00 or so.
The gift card was also a disgrace with 3 letters missing in the message.
The flowers were nothing like the photo on the website either.

re-booked us for July 2022 family holiday for 8 to Turkey. And was very helpful throughout.
