We are so sorry that this situation happened, I can imagine it was a fairly confusing experience.
We would never want to take a supply erroneously and I can see we are in the process of sending the supply back, I cannot go into much detail on a public platform but I can see there has been active response from our Pay as you go team on this and the account does seem to be in shape now.
However this does takeaway the poor experience you have had over the last few days, having energy is so important at this time of year and we would like to get to the bottom of what happened.
I am just going to drop you an email to discuss this in more detail.
