First class service. Very helpful on the phone when giving advice. Good that they use Royal Mail delivery to North, as it’s so much more reliable than some other couriers. Used frequently.

I live about 2 hours North of Glasgow. Drove down to Clydebank and purchased quite a few Victorinox Swiss Army items. Staff were very helpful, it was well worth the journey. If they held a larger stock of the items I bought, I would have purchased more. Please try to keep your stock of Victorinox Swiss Army items at a higher level (I emptied a couple of the metal storage boxes, even buying the display model). Will definately go back down again, regarding Swiss Army (Victorinox). Thanks.

I phoned this Fort William GoOutdoors outlet for advice, as it is closest to where I live. About buying numerous Victorinox items, as per shown on their website. The chap I spoke with seemed quite confused or unsure, perhaps because English sounded like it wasn’t his first language? I couldn’t clearly understand him at all on the phone. Shame, as he was probably trying his best? He didn’t seem to know what Victorinox were. I thanked him, but gave up in the end. And I then phoned the Clydebank branch who were first class, knowledgeable, and most helpful. They even checked stock to see if what I wanted was present. What a difference in customer care. Drove down to the Clydebank branch of GoOutdoors the next day, and spent about £400 on Victorinox items.

First class service, as always at Timpson, Morrisons, Dumbarton. The gentleman at this outlet is most professional, careful, and helpful. A pleasure to see people of this calibre today. Would highly recommend this Timpson outlet to all
