Love this. Works perfectly to calm down the dermatitis that I occasionally suffer from. Quite hard to use as it is very solid and needs warming between your hands before applying, but once you get the hang of it, it goes well and is easily absorbed

I bought 2 bottles when I found it was stocked in Tesco. I was rather underwhelmed by the scent when smelling the bottle. There are only 2 of us, pensioners, so I do small loads at 40°, and air dry, so I was expecting the scent to be ok, but my laundry honestly smelled of nothing. I've persevered but have now developed eczema behind both knees, which my GP thinks has been triggered by the change in laundry products from where my shorts sit. Being 71 and never having had eczema before, I am annoyed as it is taking a while to clear up. No more tallow & Ash for me.

Ordered PC online but it wouldn't switch on. Currys arranged collection, I have all the numbers and proof that it was sighed for back at Knowhow depot. They tell me it is lost in Transit. Aske the guy who signed for it where he put it. It's been in your possession for 6wks. I just want my refund of £779 back. Phone calls pointless, webchat has over 150 people in front of you, Facebook and twitter just fob you off with promises of emails confirming refund which never arrive. Latest info was that it hadn't been scanned back into their warehouse (after 6wks, and I'm expected to believe that) Currys was my go to for all electricals for the last 40yrs. No more. This will be my last dealing with them, and to add insult to injury they manage to send me an email asking me to review the product!!!
